As someone who has struggled with confidence and self-image, I know what it’s like to not feel good about yourself. Over the years, I have dedicated my time to working on and developing the tools to become the man I am today.

As your coach, I am committed to helping you reach your fitness goals with consistency, hard work, and dedication. My coaching is a proven step-by-step process that improves your life and strengthens your confidence by achieving daily wins.

I emphasize practical and consistent actions for real progress, whether it’s gaining muscle, losing weight, or overcoming obstacles. I help men take control of their fitness, develop unshakable confidence, and achieve transformative results through discipline and focused effort.

My goal as your coach is to share my knowledge and support you on your journey as you progress through the program. Together, we will shape you into the best version of yourself.

What do I get with my purchase?

You'll get 6 weeks of gym workouts (with home alternatives), 8 weeks of access to my app, a personalized meal plan, bonus content, and full access to the TFit community. You'll also be able to message me directly if you need support or have questions during the challenge.

When does the challenge begin?

The challenge officially begins on Monday, October 6th. Your workouts will unlock the day before so you can review everything and get ready to go!

Will there be a prize?

Yes! I'll be selecting one challenge winner to receive a customized bundle from my TFit shop—just a little extra motivation to give it your all!

How long do I have access to the challenge?

You will have access for 2 weeks after the challenge ends. All access will be removed on Friday, November 28th.

Are there video examples of the exercises in my program?

Yes! Every exercise in your program includes a video demonstration with tips on proper form so you can feel confident in every movement.

When do I get access to the app?

You'll get immediate access to the FitFluencer App right after checkout. Instructions will be emailed to you for instant download. You can explore all features—meal plans, community, bonus content, and direct chat with me—right away. Your workouts will unlock the day before the challenge begins.

How will I be able to connect with other women in the challenge?

You'll have access to our private TFit community right inside the app. It's a space to ask questions, share progress, stay motivated, and connect with other women on the same journey—you're never doing this alone!

How long until I see results?

Everyone's body is different, but most women start noticing changes in 2–3 weeks with consistent workouts and proper nutrition. The key is showing up, following the plan, and trusting the process—you'll feel stronger, more energized, and more confident week by week!
